Make sure you do not eat too much seafood. Water becomes contaminated during the rainy season the fish you eat may possibly cause cholera or diarrhea.

Fresh juices made at home during monsoon have always been beneficial for health. Sellers standing on the side of the road have already harvested their fruits these fruits come in contact with contaminated air which causes infection.

Although all types of vegetables are healthy green leafy vegetables should be avoided during monsoon.

Eat slowly. Choose foods that can be easily digested.

Eat herbal teas such as chamomile tea, green tea and lemon-ginger tea. It improves digestive system and promotes immunity.

Probiotics use foods such as yogurt butter milk cottage cheese kombucha and nato more. Probiotics contain good bacteria which keep our digestive system nutrition absorption and immune system well.

Use cooking oil, which can be easily digested.Use oil such as olive oil, sunflower oil to keep your digestion system in good shape.

Drink more and more water. It is helpful in removing toxins from your body. Digestive system is also good by drinking more water.

Eat more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd, Loki Neem, fenugreek seeds during monsoon. These help in keeping our design system fine and also promotes immunity.

Instead of raw vegetables eat them by boiling or steaming them. Actually raw vegetables can contain bacteria and virus which can cause stomach effects.

Eat less sugar, as it can cause inflammation and promote the growth of bad bacteria.
