Trouble swallowing food – This problem causes swelling, as well as difficulty in swallowing food. Swelling on the neck also affects the food pipe inside the neck, which makes it difficult to swallow food.

Difficulty in rotating the neck – There is also problem in rotating the neck in cervical position. At first, there is a problem due to swelling, apart from this it becomes difficult to rotate the neck due to tightness.

Whenever you sleep, keep in mind that instead of a mattress, use a plank and do not use a high pillow. The height of the pillow increases the pain in the neck. Try not to put a low-height pillow or pillow.

To avoid this, do not lie down and watch TV.
